Painstakingly made by hand from experienced armour master craftsman, these life sized, fully functional and completely authentic reproduction Japanese Samurai Armour suits and helmets are crafted using authentic methods and materials only. Each suit has been researched and modelled after private collection, museums or temples of the actual armour. Our armours are constructed specifically for re-enactors and private collectors that demand authenticity, detail and high quality.
Each Samurai Armour piece is a full sized, fully authentic reproduction of the original armour. These authentic reproductions are made of iron, steel, leather, silk, cotton, brass and other materials that were traditionally used during the Sengoku era in Japan.

* Standard armour dimensions are as follows.
The armour fits as a base the “average” adult.
The standard size is crafted to fit an adult male of around:
5’7” (171cm)
170 lbs (78kgs)
40” (102cm) chest.
However as a general rule the armour will fill most adults from
5’ to 6’ (152cm-183cm) tall without customisation necessary for height.
The armour can be easily adjusted to fit from 38” – 44” (96cm-112cm) chest.

Kachi (Foot Soldier):
Quickly handmade with some attention to detail. Perfect for the samurai on a budget.
Crafting Time: 30 Days
Materials Used: Bowl style kabuto, 19 gauge iron lames, Satin, cotton, no fittings, faux fur lip and faux leather
Your armour will be forged & completed within approximately 30-60 days depending on class ordered
and delivered to your doorstep in approx. 6- 10 weeks.
