All items are checked and packaged prior to delivery, and the utmost care has been taken to ensure
you receive your parcel in excellent condition.
If in the unlikely event of courier mishandling, upon receipt of your parcel you must sign for it as
"Damaged in Transit".
This will allow us to process your return quicker with the freight company.
If you received your item damaged, please inform us via e-mail and we will reply in the soonest time
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We ship within Australia only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to a Victorian address without proper licensing ie: VEWG registration etc.
All items will be shipped via courier service at the rate specified as postage during checkout.
There are no hidden charges, the shipping fee is discounted and rarely covers the cost of actual shipping.
